DS-808 Fully Automatic Counter Pounding Machine for shoe
This machine is suitable for pounding the counter for leveling of man and lady shoes after lasting., particularly for pounding high riding boots.
Designed pneumatically, the die plate may be heated.
With the tapered roller being able to automatically match the oscillation and push of the heel piled on the die plate,
the shoe counter can be leveled with clear edges and corners.
It is applicable for shoes of any size.
With the vibration of the die-pin, the high riding boot can be easily placed.
The rapid lifting and secondary pressure rise may also increase production efficiency and improve leveling result.
I. Brief Introduction of Performances
This machine is suitable for the ironing of the heel feet of leather shoes, it is employed in the process between the vamp clamping and heat setting. The last feet massaged can be flattened by employing the vibrational energy of massaging wheel and the thermal effect of heating mold plate, then the processed products have a clear texture and no angle, therefore, it is easy for sole binding and heel attaching, especially in the production of jackboot etc..
(I) Characteristics
1. In order to meet the requirements of different shoes, the vibrating frequency of massager heads can change its vibrational energy by the air pressure regulation of pressure regulating valve equipped in the control panel.
2. Shoe rack and secondary shoe rack will press the shoe on the heating carrier through prepressing and secondary pressing, so as to ensure safe and stable operation.
3. The temperature of the heating carrier should be randomly set within the range of 0~150ºC.
4. Armed at both sides of the frame, the control panel is easy to operate.
