DS-803A Four Station Hot & Cold Shaping Machine for shoe
This machine is applicable for forming the throat of men and lady shoes.
The rubber mold and aluminum last may be heated at same time.
The forming temperature and time, lifting speed of the rubber mold are adjustable to make sure the vamp softens rapidly.
With the advanced cycle refrigeration system, the temperature of the cold aluminum last may drop to -10ºC.
With the independent double cylinder design, the pressing and clamping act separately to avoid damaging the shoe vamp due to the friction between the rubber mold and the shoe upper.
The specially designed forming mold also ensures best forming result.
