This machine is suitable for pounding the toe and counter for leveling of man and lady shoes after lasting
The pneumatic-hydraulic pressure cylinder may automatically adjust the pressing height and force.
Designed pneumatically, it ensures adjustable oscillation rate.
The position of the pounding wheel can be automatically adjusted according to the shape of the shoe last.
Through the oscillatory push and press and heating of lower form board,
the toe and counter are able to be leveled with clear edges and corners.
Equipped with front and back pounding device and components,
it may be quickly replaced when necessary to match needs of the different shoe shapes.
I Performance brief introduction
This machine is shoe molding machine used for leveling and shaping of shoe uppers and counters. It is used into the process of shoe manufacturing between shoe vamp shaping and hot molding process. Make full use that the vibration energy of the massage wheel and the thermal energy of the heating template to make the massaged vamp edge neat , appearance perfect and non-shagginess. So it is easy for resoling and heel nailing under this process.
1). Characteristic
The vibration frequency of the massage head can be changed through adjusting the air pressure of the pressure regulating valve which on the control panel. The changed air pressure results in the change of vibration energy ,which can meet the needs of different shoes.
The pressing-down device adopts air and liquid combination cylinder mechanism. The functions of pressing-down and tightening are finished by oil cylinder and air cylinder separately ,which is featured with safe, steady and free noise .
There is heating template on the working table; the heating temperature can be set continuously.
There is a red emergency button on the upper right side of the machine stand. Press this button to stop the machine immediately when any accident happens.
