DS-811 Upper Punching & Trimming Machine for shoe

The adjusting screw will meet the processing need of materials with varied thickness.
The supporting hook can make 360-degree rotation to meet the requirements of materials with different shapes.
The upper needle knife can be ground by grind stone and the lower cutting die can be polished by a special fixture and swivel nut.
I Product Brief Introduce
There are a lot of irregular holes on the vamp of leather sandals, which can be trimmed by this machine. The lining (generally cloth) pasted inside the leather should have holes on surface. In past, The holes are made by razor blade or scissors, which is slow, and the trimming edge isn't neat enough, and easily damage the leather surface. The lining punching & trimming machine model DS811 can be instead the work of pruning hole by hand, not only with high efficiency, but also can reach a neat and esthetic pruning effect.
