DS-809B Hot Air Blower & Pounding Machine
This machine is applicable for eliminating wrinkles on the uppers.
The digital adjustable temperature controller ensures accurate temperature setting and easy use.
It uses medium pressure vortex blower; the blast capacity is adjustable with strong air force.
The high-temperature steam generated by the stainless steel boiler is sprayed onto the upper,
which is repeatedly pressed by rolling shaft to eliminate the wrinkles rapidly and effectively.
After being moisturized by the steam, the upper is softened under hot air and then pound by the hammering device to effectively eliminate wrinkles and make the upper shining and smooth.
1,Summary
This machine is special for the forming and shaping of shoe upper, where the leather surface is moistened and softened by steam, sprayed by high-temperature & high-speed air, come-and-go massaged by roller, then hammered by the right hammering mechanism, so as to eliminate the wrinkle arisen from upper-tightening and materials. By employing the left foot pedal switch, the moistening of steam or the spraying of high-temperature can be carried out by turns, due to its easy and flexible operation, it is one kind of ideal equipment for the finishing procedures of leather shoes.

The machine is a newly-designed machine with high performance. It composes of swirl type fan, stainless steel boiler, hot-air mechanism, imported heating wire, ceramic heat insulation tube and new heat insulator, so as to enlarger the output power (max. 5,300 W) and output wind power (max. 22 mps as high-pressure wind) , raise the sprayed air temperature and wind speed, compared with general steam ironing machine, as well as to quickly remove the wrinkles on leather surface while the leather has been moistened by steam and sprayed by high-temperature air, and the function of hammering of hammerhead is increased. In addition, An energy-saving switch is added to turn off the switch instead of main switch while operators leaves temporarily or at noon interval, by employing this switch, the power of machine is saved and the trouble that the steam cannot come out when reusing occurred in old machine after the main switch of machine has been closed.
